FRABLE GALLERY AT UPTOWN GALLERY: Uptown Gallery is lining up the calendar for 2020 for the Frable Gallery which is in the balcony area at the top of the stairs heading up from the Main Gallery. It is visible as soon as you walk into the gallery. Uptown offers this space to guest artists who are juried members of associations or whose work is approved by Uptown. The space is rented for 2 months at a total cost of $200. A $25 deposit is required with the application and the $175 balance is due at the time of the hanging. The work will be hung by Uptown. So this is stress free for the artist. There is a 30% commission by Uptown. One to four artists may rent this together and share the cost. This needs to be a cohesive undertaking with a theme shared by the artists involved. There is a first Friday opening every month with wine and refreshments. Uptown hopes you will join us in showcasing your work. If interested, please contact Marti Franks at martimidlo at hotmail dot com.
