Annual Charity Show
at Independence Golf Club

The show will be held on March 14-15, 2026 at Indepence Golf Club. There is space for 46 BAAA exhibitors (2 panels
5’x6’ per each exhibitor). The entry fee is $75 (includes food and drink ticket for March 22
reception). There is a 25% commission that will be donated to World Pediatrics. Show application available here and at regular BAAA meetings.

at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden
The Annual Members Show will be April 1-May 28, 2026 at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden In the foyer. Watch for more infomation
Crossroads Art Gallery Booth

The signup sheet will be available at BAAA meetings. The session is for two months and cost $102. Payment is due to Pauline Clay the month prior. You can give her your check or mail to BAAA, c/o Pauline Clay at 12317 Hills Drive, DeWitt, VA 23840. A waitlist will be maintained.
Crossroads has asked that one person be in charge of hanging artwork for BAAA. Exhibitors will drop off their paintings for Jan to hang.

Art is hung on a bi-monthly basis. The signup sheet will be available at BAAA meetings.
There is no entry fee for this Hallway exhibit (NOT to be confused with the Annual BAAA Charity Show), but there is a 25% commission when one is sold. When an artwork is sold, please contact Elise so we can keep track of art sales. The 25% commission fee which goes to “Fore Children” is to be coordinated
through Eddie Swink at 804-402-5353 or eswink@forechildren.com.
