Now taking reservations for the year 2026. As of now, 2025 is fully booked. A waitlist is maintained to ensure a filled booth.

Exhibitors will drop off their paintings and Jan will hang them.
Bi-Monthly Independence Golf Club

Each bi-monthly exhibit has a separate signup sheet which will be available at the monthly meetings or contact Elise Saur.
There is no entry fee for this Hallway exhibit (NOT to be confused with the Annual BAAA Charity Show),
but there is a 25% commission when one is sold. When an artwork is sold, please contact Elise so we can
keep track of art sales. The 25% commission fee which goes to “Fore Children” is to be coordinated through Eddie Swink at 804-402-5353 or eswink@forechildren.com.
Annual Art Show at Independence Golf Club

The show will be held on March 14-15, 2026. There is space is limited to 46 BAAA exhibitors (2 panels 5’x6’ per each exhibitor). The entry fee is $75 (includes food and drink ticket for March 22 reception). There is a 25% commission that will be donated to World Pediatrics. Show application
available at regular BAAA meetings.
