NEW BAAA MEMBER: Trish Berry BAAA’s Membership Chair is happy to announce Nancy W. Simmons as our newest member. Oil is her medium and she plans to submit her work during the October jurying-in.
NEXT JURYING-IN OPPORTUNITY: BAAA’s next jurying-in opportunity occurs at the October meeting. That’s Friday, October 4th. If you wish to submit work for jurying in October, please email Trish Berry at pberry4pr@earthlink.net and let her know the medium you are presenting.
2020 BAAA BOOTH AT CROSSROADS SIGN UP: It’s time to start signing up for exhibiting in the Crossroads BAAA booth during the year 2020. Let Vince Calabrese know ASAP what months you want to show. The sign up is for 2 months each (e.g. January and February, March and April, and so on) . So far, the rate remains at $78.33 for two month period. BAAA AT UPTOWN GALLERY: Bon Air’s members will make up a large part of the exhibits at Uptown Gallery in September. Beverley Jane Gallini’s oils of the Fan and Museum District will appear on the guest artist wall in the main gallery, while in the Frable Gallery Joyce Satterwhite will show paintings from Greece, Ireland, France, Italy, Croatia, Canada, Russia and the U.S. in "Seeing the World Through an Artist’s Eye" In addition, our friends from the Chester Artists Association have a very interesting exhibit continuing in the Elm Loft gallery. Please drop in and see all the new works!
