Dear BAAA Members,
Due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, it is prudent that we follow CDC guidance, and not congregate in large numbers and in tight spaces until the contagion has run its course.
THE APRIL BAAA MEETING IS CANCELLED. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE STATUS OF FUTURE BAAA MEETINGS.
In the mean time, please stay in touch with your fellow artists by interacting with each other via our Newsletter, and especially via our Website (BonAirArtist.com) and Facebook page (facebook.com/BonAirArtists). If you are not already social media savvy, this is the perfect opportunity to learn how to use these modern ways of staying in touch.
You can share stories, photos of your art projects, and ideas for new projects, or ask for art-making advice or critique of ongoing work. Just send such information to our Communications Director, Elizabeth O'Meara (elizomeara@gmail.com); she'll get your material onto the appropriate social media platform.
Even if you're not posting information about your art projects, log into the website and Facebook accounts frequently, just to check out what other members are up to with their art, or because another member may be asking for advice or feedback that you can provide.
Finally, I urge us all to follow CDC guidance and precautions so that, when we can safely meet in person again, we can celebrate ourselves and our art.
