Pam Murrell Rambo's painting "Carolina Marsh" won "Best in Show" at the 71st Annual Art Exhibit and Sale at the Tuckahoe Woman's Club. The show judge this year was Stephanie Fedor, the Executive Director of the Visual Arts Center of Richmond.
